I took this amazing photo at sunset in Sedona, Arizona. Looking through the lens of the camera, I didn't see the heart, but when I printed it, the heart appeared. This has not been retouched in any way. The reds, oranges and yellows lend the perfect warmth for the symbol of love!
Since opening Jacqueline Originals in 1971, I have spent most every day in creative activities. I love to draw, paint, do calligraphy and any combination of these skills! Recently, I have added digital painting to my list, spending hours in my studio now that I'm retired from a lifetime of teaching art. I own a Microsoft Surface Studio tablet which allows me to draw/paint directly on the surface and see the results immediately. I can also use these images as underpaintings for my acrylic creativity. I had a fifty-year retrospective exhibit in 2018 to celebrate my 80th birthday.
