Description
My original calligraphy for this classic Apache Wedding Blessing features trim from Zuni pottery and authentic picture symbols or petroglyphs. Although this piece does not use the word "love", it certainly describes its meaning.
This was the first of my original calligraphy designs, with the hand lettering based on the arrowhead ans arrow, for my Native American series, created in 1976. TIt is a totally unique wedding gift because the design and lettering truly reflect the Native American way of understanding a loving relationship.
I have had many, many happy customers tell me how much they enjoyed the authentic style of my work. One woman has bought seven of these over the last few years. She says they are her first choice for a wedding gift. "The couple won't be getting two of these!"
