A wonderful statement about the constancy of real excellence by the Greek philosopher, Aristotle. I hand-lettered this in Renaissance Italic, with "Excellence" in an informal Roman. The Initial letter "W" is hand painted. Great motivational gift to celebrate success!
About Jacqueline Shuler
Since opening Jacqueline Originals in 1971, I have spent most every day in creative activities. I love to draw, paint, do calligraphy and any combination of these skills! Recently, I have added digital painting to my list, spending hours in my studio now that I'm retired from a lifetime of teaching art. I own a Microsoft Surface Studio tablet which allows me to draw/paint directly on the surface and see the results immediately. I can also use these images as underpaintings for my acrylic creativity. I had a fifty-year retrospective exhibit in 2018 to celebrate my 80th birthday.
